Od vreme na vreme na ovoj blog }e bide ostaven prostor za vistinski prikazni na inspirativni lu|e koi napravile zna~aen doprinos za lu|eto koi se hranat so sve`a hrana, no i za onie koi ne se hranat so sve`a hrana, a sakaat da vidat kako e da se `ivee poinaku.
Nemoj da me sfatite pogre{no ,ne se obiduvam da doka`uvam ni{to na nikogo ( po~ituvam sekakov izbor). No, mislam deka e ubavo da se iskoristat primeri na vistinski prikazni. Edinstveniot dokaz {to mene mi e potreben se lu|eto koi se samo edna nedela na sve`a hrana i ve}e se ~uvstvuvaat podobro.

From time to time, I will make space on this blog for real stories, from people who inspire and have made a major contribution not only to the raw community, but also to people who are not having a raw lifestyle and want to see how it is to live in a different way.
Don’t get me wrong I am not trying to prove anything to anyone. I just thought that it would be nice to use real stories. Nevertheless the only prove I need are people who have been raw for one week and they start feeling better immediately.

Osnovna pri~ina zo{to treba da jademe sirova (termi~ki neobrabotena ) hrana e poradi toa {to mnogu od sostojkite pri termi~ko gotvewe se uni{tuvaat. Na toj na~in hranata ja gubi svojata celovitost i procesite ne mo`at da se odvivaat onaka kako {to toa e predvideno.Taka na primer enzimite se sostojki koi se mnogu osetlivi na visoka temperatura, tako {to tie celosno se uni{tuvaat na 50 °C.
Edna od funkciite na enzimite e da ja svarat hranata, no koga kako obrok imame 100% termi~ki obrabotena hrana na ~ove~kiot organizam potrebno mu e saat vreme, posle obrokot, dodeka po~ne da gi izla~uva svoite sopstveni enzimi. Kako posledica na toa, vo toj eden ~as nie ~uvstvuvame tegobi poradi toa {to organizmot se isto{tuva da nadomesti za nedostatokot na enzimi.
The main reason why we should eat raw food is because most of the healthy ingredients disappear when the food is being cooked. In that way the food looses its compound structure and the processes which normally take places are not going as they should normally do. For example the enzymes are ingredients which are very sensitive on high temperatures and they are totally destroyed at 50 °C.
One of the main functions of the enzymes is for them to degrade the food. When we have a meal which 100% thermically processed food the human organism needs an hour after the meal, while it can develop its own enzymes to degrade the food. That is why we feel pain or the feeling of being over eaten because the organism is becoming tired from producing for the lack of enzymes.
