Letno uzivanje so smoochies :)))

Umetnosta na smoothies-ot e pove}e od prepora~ana vo sve`ata ishrana. Vo nedostig na sve`o smrznatoto ovo{je e odli~na zamena zaradi specifi~nata struktura i vkus {to im gi dava na smoothies-ot. Za vakov eden mo}en napitok potrebno e samo omileniot vid ovo{je i blender za da ja napravi magijata. Zamrznatite ovo{ja i zelen~uci gi imaat zadr`ano site pozitivni sostojki.

Eve nekolku predlozi:

  1. Izblendiran pijalak od sve`i ili zamrznati vi{ni

(voda, vi{ni, ako ne vi e dovolno blag pijalokot mo`ete da go zasladite so med (ladnopolnet, edna tajna sostojka : nane )

  1. Limonada so nane ( mo`e da se dodade i lime namesto limon),

Ovoj pijalak ne e izblendiran no e mnogu osve`itelen

3. Izblendiran tropi~ki pijalak (ananas, portokal, sve` kokos i banana, dosta silen pijalak mo`e da zameni i celosen obrok

The art of smoothies is more than recommended in raw food. For a powerful drink like this you only need your favorite fruits and a blender to do the magic. The frozen fruits and vegetables have kept all their positive and healthy ingredients.

Here is some suggestion:

  1. Blended smoothie with frozen or fresh sour cherries

(Water, sour cherries, if it’s not too sweet for you can add honey raw and a secret ingredient is mint)

  1. Lemonade with mint ( you can add lime instead of lemon)

This drink is not blended but it’s very refreshing

  1. Blended tropical smoothie (pineapple, orange, fresh coconut and banana, a very strong drink which can replace a whole meal)
