Following the footsteps of Anastasia...

The humans in now-a-days have become distant from nature (the majority at least). The consciousness about food, which comes in contact with the human organism, has been lost in a big amount. We are not aware for many fruits and vegetables how they grow, and in very extreme cases even how they look like normally. The direct communication between the humans and the plants that we taste has an essential meaning, both for our bodily and spiritual life. Today, people have become used to see the picture of big fields full of dangerous machines. On the contrary, people know every plant that grows in their small gardens surrounding their living homes.

Everything walking on the Earth, every plant, every bug has been made for the human being, their purpose and task is to be in the service of the humans. Many medicinal plants are a living proof of that. Every planted seed has in itself a big number of cosmically information. This amount is in-compariable with anything else created. With the help of this information the seed knows exactly until a mill-second of time, when it should become alive, to come up, which juices to take from the Earth core, how to use the radiation of the cosmos- the sun, moon, stars, how to grow and which fruit to give. The given conditions are meant to provide for the human life. This fruits can successfully, stronger then any medicine created by the human hand in the world, fight and protect the human organism from any sickness, but the seed must be aware of this from the start, so it can, in the process of it's growth provide it's fruit with the ingredients needed. For the cure of a certain person on his/her certain sickness or if the person has the predisposition to get sick.

In order for the seed from the cucumber, the tomato, or any other plant, to be able to cure any sickness and have the information of a certain human being, you should follow these instructions:

Before planting the seed should be put into the mouth and should be kept not more then 9 minutes, and then in the palms it should be held 30 seconds on the sun, you should stay bare foot on the ground where you are going to plant it. The open palms should come closer and you should blow air into the palms carefully. Then it should be planted into the ground. It shouldn't be covered with water for 3 days. The planting should be done in the right days (check with the monthly calendar of plants). It is essential to leave at least one kind of grass in the garden .

The seed in this way collects in itself the information about the person and in the process of its growth chooses the maximum energy needed from the cosmos and the Earth, for this human being. During its growth it is essential for the plant to maintain its growth- once during its growth under a full moon to come to it and touch it.


The fruits from the seed and used by the human, are capable of curing him/her from any sickness, and in big amount to slow down the aging of the organism, to release bad habits, to increase the intellectual capabilities and to give calmness to the soul.

It is not mandatory to plant a whole line of cucumbers, tomatoes and all the others, few pieces are enough. The growth and the fruits plantend like this are different not only by how they look like but also by their taste. If they are analysed they are different by the ingredients they have.

It is important for the human to work in the garden bare foot and with bare hands because with their sweating that has toxins, the Earth gets information about every human's sickness. Every morning when you wake up you should go to the garden and have a morning ritual was yourself close to the plants.

Except for the basic fruits which are going to be planted, this essential elements are also important in the garden without which you can not imagine the micro climate of a certain place:
Sunflower (at least one), a surface of 1, 5-2 m2 wheat cultures, and one small island not more then 2 m2 should be left with natural herbs and grass.

It is enough to plant just a few plants and to give them enough love, so they will give you the same love back. It is most important to satisfy your nature part within you, from the nature that surrounds you full of information about yourself.

The King of the asanas : Supported Head Stand

Pri~inata zo{to po~nuvam so edna pote{ka pozicija vo jogata e zaradi nejzinata celovita delotvornost na site aspekti na ~ovekovoto telo ( kako i sekoja ve`ba vo jogata). Celiot prostor odvoen za jogata na ovoj blog e zaradi nejzinata (spored mene) tesna povrzanost so hraneweto so sve`a hrana. Ovaa pozicija a odbiram kako eden vid voved (predigra) vo site idni tekstovi vo ~est na jogata.

Salamba Sirsasana ili stoj na glava so potpirawe na racete, vo anti~kite knigi e opi{ana kako edna od najva`nite pozicii vo jogata t.n. kral na asanite. Ovaa pozicija e povrzana i so sopstvenata dlaboka samodoverba na toa deka mo`ete da ja izvedete, nasproti te{kotijata na mislata deka va{eto telo treba da se najde vo taa pozicija (stoeweto na glava e pomognato od racete koi formiraat triagolnik i e namalena opasnosta od povredi, istovremeno obezbeduvaj}i pogolema stabilnost na teloto).

Ona {to treba da se zapomni pri izveduvaweto na ovaa pozicija e deka treba da se pravi na mesto kade{to }e imate dovolno prostor da se prevrtite kon napred ili kon nazad (dokolku ne uspeete da odr`ite ramnote`a), a da ne udrite vo nekoj predmet. Lu|eto so visok krven pritisok i povredi na vratot ne bi trebalo da ja izveduvaat ovaa ve`ba. Prvoto izveduvawe e prepora~livo da se napravi so svojot joga instruktor.

Instrukcii:

  1. Najprvin se zapo~nuva od pozicijata dijamant. Potoa se kleknuva vo pozicijata ma~ka, a racete se isprepleteni i formiraat triagolnik.
  2. Pozadinata na glavata treba da se najde pome|u racete , a vrvot na glavata na samiot pod. Racete i laktite formiraat triagolnik i pravata podloga za odr`uvawe na balans na teloto postaveno vo obratna polo`ba.
  3. Ispravete gi va{ite kolena i krenete gi va{ite kolkovi
  4. Bez iskrivuvawe na kolenata, odete so stapalata najblisku {to mo`ete do svojata glava. Kolkovite turnete gi nanazad taka da va{iot vrat da ne bide svitkan kon napred ili kon nazad, tuku da ostane vo ista ramnina so grbot.
  5. Svitkajte gi kolenata kon svojot graden ko{ i podignete gi nozete od podot, stavaj}i gi kolkovite kon nazad dodeka go pravite ova, napravete pauza vo ovaa to~ka-nemojte vedna{ da gi krevate va{ite kolena u{te pogore.
  6. Zadr`uvaj}i gi va{ite kolena svitkani, kreneti gi kon plafonot, koristej}i gi svoite stoma~ni muskulki.
  7. Sega poleka ispravete gi va{ite noze. ]e ja po~ustvuvate najgolemata te`ina na svoeto telo vo dolniot del od racete. Za da se vratite nazad napravete gi nanazad ~ekorite 5,6 i 7. Ostanete vo pozicija zajak za odmor najmalku 6 dlaboki di{ewa.

Praktikuvaweto na ovaa ve`ba sekoj den po 5 minuti nosi
zdravje vo tekot na celiot `ivot.






The reason why I am starting with one harder position in yoga is because it’s compact influence to all aspects of the human body and soul (like every other position in yoga). The whole space left on this blog for the theme of yoga is because of it’s (by my opinion) connection with raw lifestyle. I have chosen this position as an introduction to all the other future posts related to yoga.

Salamba Sirsasana or head stand with the support of your hands, in the ancient books is described as one of the most important positions in yoga, king of the asana. This position has everything to do with your inner self-confidence more than it has to do with the thought how your body is going to physically pull it off (the head stand is helped by the hands which formulate a triangle and that’s how the risk of being hurt is removed as well as the safety of a bigger stability of the body).

What you need to remember is that when you are practicing this position you must have enough space in front of you and behind you in case you fall down-it’s best to roll up front or backwards. People with high blood pressure and neck injures should not practice this position. It’s recommendable that the first practice should be done under the supervision of your yoga instructor.

Instructions:

1. Kneel down and rest your weight on your forearms. Wrap your hands around your elbows.

2. Release your hands and place them in front of you, with fingers interlocked. Your elbows now stay in this position.

3. Place the back of your head in your clasped hands and the top of your head on the floor. The hands and elbows form a tripod, making a firm foundation for the inverted body

4. Now straighten your knees and raise your hips.

5. Without bending the knees, walk your feet in as close to your head as possible. Pull your hips back so that your neck is not bent backward or forward, but is in a straight line with the spine.

6. Bend your knees into your chest and lift feet off the floor, pulling your hips backward as you do so. Pause at this point - do not immediately attempt to raise your knees higher.

7. Then, keeping your knees bent, lift them up toward the ceiling, using your abdominal muscles

8. Now slowly straighten your legs. You will feel most of the body's weight on the forearms. To come down, reverse steps 5, 6, and 7. Rest in the childs pose for at least six deep breaths.


Practicing this position every day for 5 minutes makes you
healthier during your whole life.

Recipe for a piece of real bread

Od onie recepti koi se zamena za hranata vo ne-sve`iot na~in na ishrana :

Leb su{en na sonce


Iako zvu~i ~udno ke bidete iznenadeni kolku e vkusno
Potrebni sostojki:

  • 1 {olja p~eni~ni snegulki
  • ¼ {olja ovesni snegulki
  • ¼ {olja p~eni~ni trici
  • ¼ {olja leneno seme
  • ¼ {olja integralen susam
  • 1 {olja orevi
  • malku suvo grozje
  • 1 kl kim
  • 2 sl ladnocedeno son~ogledovo maslo
  • morska sol

Site sostojki (osven kimot suvoto grozje i ladnocedenoto son~ogledovo maslo) se melat vo ma{inka za kafe ili vo mo}en blender.

Grozjeto se gme~i, se rastvora vo malku voda i so site drugi sostojki se zamesuva testo. Testoto treba da ima minimalno koli~estvo na voda.

Se rasporeduva so debelina od 0.5 cm i se se~e na par~iwa golemi do 10 sm. Par~iwata se postavuvaat na podignata mre`asta podloga ( zaradi cirkulirawe na vozduhot, metalna mre`a ne se prepora~uva bidej}i metalot dostignuva golema temperatura) i se izlo`uvaat na sonce. Taka tie se su{at 3 ~asa. Voobi~aeno traat okolu nedela dena. Za eden obrok e potrebno maksimum 3 lep~iwa, dosta se vkusni i imaat golema nutritivna vrednost.

Sundried bread

Although it sounds strange, you will be surprised how good this tastes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup wheat oats
  • ¼ cup white oats
  • ¼ cup wheat bran
  • ¼ seeds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • little dried grapes
  • 1 tea spoon kim spice
  • 2 table spoon raw sunflower oil
  • sea salt by taste

All of the ingredients except for the kim, the dried grapes and oil should be grated in a coffee machine or in a powerful blender so they can become powder like.

The grapes are then pressed with the hand and are put in water with all the other ingredients-that is how the flour is made. The flour should have a minimal ingredient of water.

The flour is cut down on pieces not bigger than 10cm and thick 0.5 cm. The pieces are put on a object made of fabric a little higher so that the air can circulate and then they are set on the sum
(metal nets are not recommendable since their temperature becomes very high on the sun). They need 3 hours to be dried. They can last for about a week or maybe few days longer. For one meal you need the most 3 pieces of bread, they are delicious and they have a big nutritional value.

Od vreme na vreme na ovoj blog }e bide ostaven prostor za vistinski prikazni na inspirativni lu|e koi napravile zna~aen doprinos za lu|eto koi se hranat so sve`a hrana, no i za onie koi ne se hranat so sve`a hrana, a sakaat da vidat kako e da se `ivee poinaku.

Nemoj da me sfatite pogre{no ,ne se obiduvam da doka`uvam ni{to na nikogo ( po~ituvam sekakov izbor). No, mislam deka e ubavo da se iskoristat primeri na vistinski prikazni. Edinstveniot dokaz {to mene mi e potreben se lu|eto koi se samo edna nedela na sve`a hrana i ve}e se ~uvstvuvaat podobro.

Letno uzivanje so smoochies :)))

Umetnosta na smoothies-ot e pove}e od prepora~ana vo sve`ata ishrana. Vo nedostig na sve`o smrznatoto ovo{je e odli~na zamena zaradi specifi~nata struktura i vkus {to im gi dava na smoothies-ot. Za vakov eden mo}en napitok potrebno e samo omileniot vid ovo{je i blender za da ja napravi magijata. Zamrznatite ovo{ja i zelen~uci gi imaat zadr`ano site pozitivni sostojki.

Eve nekolku predlozi:

  1. Izblendiran pijalak od sve`i ili zamrznati vi{ni

(voda, vi{ni, ako ne vi e dovolno blag pijalokot mo`ete da go zasladite so med (ladnopolnet, edna tajna sostojka : nane )

  1. Limonada so nane ( mo`e da se dodade i lime namesto limon),

The art of smoothies is more than recommended in raw food. If you don’t have fresh, you can use frosted fruit which is an excellent substitution because of the structure and the taste it gives to the smoothies. For a powerful drink like this you only need your favorite fruits and a blender to do the magic. The frozen fruits and vegetables have kept all their positive and healthy ingredients.

Here is some suggestion:

  1. Blended smoothie with frozen or fresh sour cherries

(Water, sour cherries, if it’s not too sweet for you can add honey raw and a secret ingredient is mint)

  1. Lemonade with mint ( you can add lime instead of lemon)

This drink is not blended but it’s very refreshing

  1. Blended tropical smoothie (pineapple, orange, fresh coconut and banana, a very strong drink which can replace a whole meal)

Najva`na pri~ina zo{to treba da po~nete da se hranite so pove}e sve`a hrana, e zatoa {to }e se ~uvstvuvate mnogu podobro. Probajte barem eden den da bidete 100% na sve`a hrana i samite }e po~uvstvuvate.

Do 12:00 ~asot organizmot se pro~istuva, pa zatoa e najdobro toga{ da ne jadete ni{to i da piete golemo koli~estvo voda (najmalku 2 litri na den), no sepak mo`ete da jadete ovo{je i zelen~uk koi prijatno }e ve osve`at vo utroto.


Od 12 do 2 ~asot metabolizmot e najaktiven i toga{ mo`ete da jadete obrok koj se bazira na `itarici.

  • 4 sl ovesni snegulki
  • 2 sl p~eni~ni snegulki
  • 1sl p~eni~ni trici
  • 1 kl med, (ladnopolnet)
  • 2 kl malteks
  • le{nici i orevi
  • malku semki od tikva
  • malku semki od son~ogled
  • muskatovo orev~e
  • sosema malku morska sol
  • voda ( fla{irana izvorska voda prepora~livo )


Vo tekot na denot, najmalku dva ~asa posle obrokot, mo`ete da jadete salati i ovo{je (salatite isklu~ivo podgotvuvajte gi so ladnocedeno maslo, jabolkov ocet i morska sol).

Ve~erta, od 6 -8 ~asot, koga setiloto za vkus e najsenzitivno mo`ete da go imate vtoriot glaven obrok koj isto taka se bazira na `itarici (na pr. prorteni `itarki, ili leb su{en na sonce so sve` ke~ap i sve` majonez od indiski orevi).






The most important reason why you should start to practice a raw food diet is because you will start to feel much better. Just try one day to be 100 % raw and you will see for yourself.

One day 100% raw food

Until 12:00 pm the organism is cleansing, that is why it is best not to eat anything and to drink a big amount of water ( 2 liters per day at least), but still you can eat fruits and vegetables which will freshen you up.

From 12 till 2 pm the metabolism is super active and then you can eat a meal which is based on wheat.

  • 4 tablespoon white oats
  • 2 tbls wheat oats
  • 1 tbls wheat bran
  • 1 teaspoon honey ( raw)
  • 2 teaspoons maltex
  • nuts and walnuts (raw)
  • pumpkin seed little
  • nutmeg
  • little sea salt
  • water ( spring bottled water preferred)

During the day, at least 2 hours after the meal you can eat salads and fruits (the salads should be made with raw oil, apple vinegar and sea salt.

In the evening from 6-8 pm, when the sense for taste is most intensive, you can have your second main meal which is also based on wheat (for example sprouted wheat, sun-dried bread with raw ketchup and raw cashew mayonnaise)
